Bringing back the Crossing Jordan TV show!
Let me first clear your all doubts. None of the networks is bringing Crossing Jordan back. It’s just me who is missing Crossing Jordan episodes and it’s my way (watching and writing the episodes) to stay in touch with the show.
Actually, Crossing Jordan sort of TV shows are ever green. Though the series has gone off air, it’s alive in the hearts of the fans. Ever since its inception, Crossing Jordan has been one of my favorite TV shows. During its six season long run of the NBC Network run, I never missed any episode of the show but nowadays, I am badly missing the episodes of the show. A question always strikes on my mind- why good shows are brought to an end? Is anybody there to tell me the reason? Please jot down in the comment section of the page and remove my qualm.
When the sixth season of Crossing Jordan was on air, it was planned to bring the show back with the seventh season. In fact, the sixth season finale was also promoted like a cliff hanger. But when the network and the creators decided to cancel Crossing Jordan, the episode was converted into one which could serve as the season as well as series finale. All the victims of the plane crash were saved whereas initially it was planned to show them stranded atop mountain. And, we also saw Medical examiner Jordan confronting her feelings for police detective Woody and ultimately conceding to her love for him. After the airing of the episodes, it became the center of fans’ talk that the producers recorded two versions of the episodes: one, if Crossing Jordan would be renewed with the seventh season; one, if the series goes off air.
