Happy Birthday! Lorraine. April 4 will be a very very special day for fans of Lorraine Toussaint as this is the b’day of their fave Lorraine Toussaint. Lorraine Toussaint was playing Elaine Duchamps on NBC hit Crossing Jordan ( Download it now ).
Lorraine Toussaint started taking interest in acting when she was asked by someone- “What she wants to do with her life”. Her first paying job was as Lady Macbeth with “Shakespeare & Company”. On the critically acclaimed cable drama “Any Day Now”, she starred for four seasons.
Lorraine is also nominated for 4 NAACP Image Awards for best actress in Drama series; a TV guide nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Series and she has also won the Wiley A. Branton Award from the National Bar Association. She is a part of the movie “The Joyce Ann Brown Story” which is under development. Currently, she’s in Los Angels. Her habits include traveling, cooking etc.
