I love Crossing Jordan when it was on and the cancellation of the series really disturbed me a lot. But now, as we guys are going to complete 1 year without the series (however, I watched online crossing Jordan episodes during this time), I decided to find out the best reason why I liked the series too much and following is one of the several reasons :

Crossing Jordan- why the series was cancelled?

Exactly, after one month, on May 16, 2007, we all CJ fans will complete one year without our fave TV series Crossing Jordan.

The day was really a black day for the fans as on that day, after 6 seasons, (you shall download its episodes if you are missing any of them) the series was unexpectedly canceled by the Network. Why it happens with good shows only.

Crossing Jordan was debuted on September 1, 2001 on NBC network. I think the concept of the show was very well written and the show was one of the best TV series.

The title of the show ‘Crossing Jordan’ implies the leading character’s name. Why the series was cancelled? Bad Ratings may be the reason. Will they pick up the series once again or not? April, 4-Birthday wishes for Lorraine Toussaint

Happy Birthday! Lorraine. April 4 will be a very very special day for fans of Lorraine Toussaint as this is the b’day of their fave Lorraine Toussaint. Lorraine Toussaint was playing Elaine Duchamps on NBC hit Crossing Jordan ( Download it now ).

Lorraine Toussaint, gained interest in acting when she was asked by someone- “What she wants to do with her life”. Her first paying job was as Lady Macbeth with “Shakespeare & Company”. On the critically acclaimed cable drama “Any Day Now”, she starred for four seasons.

Lorraine is also nominated for 4 NAACP Image Awards for best actress in Drama series; a TV guide nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Series and she has won the Wiley A. Branton Award from the National Bar Association. She is a part of the movie “The Joyce Ann Brown Story” which is under development. Currently, she’s in Los Angels. Her habits include traveling, cooking etc.
